8 Small Ways to Live at Your Own Risk

I’ve heard of a very interesting “rule of thumb”: 70% of the functions of a mobile phone are rarely used, and 70% of the things in the house are not commonly used. Often we are not happy because we are always obsessed with the insignificant 70%, but do not cherish the most important 30%.
In the new year, it’s time to give life a clean sweep. Learn these 8 small ways, let us together light load.
01
Regular cleaning and little tidying up as you go.
Clothes that haven’t been worn in years, expired food and cosmetics, and clutter that has built up in your room should be cleaned regularly. Usually develop a good habit of tidying up as you go, headphones, data cables and other small objects, remember to return them to their place after use.
02
Recyclable things try to use them again and again.
Buy things for the convenience of life, not to add burden to yourself. Ask yourself if it’s something you need before you buy it next time. The best way to respect things is to use them over and over again.
03
Invest in yourself.
Read a few more classic books, research how to improve your work, and get a good half hour of exercise every day.
04
Accept your imperfections.
Repeatedly pondering other people’s views, a matter of entanglement to entanglement, serious self-doubt, these are consumed by their own precious energy. Ten fingers have length, trees have height, learn to reconcile with yourself.
05
Heal your heart with action.
Life is not like cooking, you can’t wait until all the ingredients are ready before you put them in the pot. The more seconds you spend on emotional tearing, the less seconds you have to solve the problem. It is often action that defeats entanglements and hesitations.
06
Learn to be alone.
With the world in a flurry, learn to take time out to be with yourself. Whether it’s reading a book, listening to a song, or thinking about something, hair for a while, when you are alone, the most quiet, but also the most free.
07
Leave more time for family and close friends.
Two or three close friends are far better than thousands of casual acquaintances. Settle down your family, take good care of your friends, and manage your life well.
More important than anything else.
08
Stay focused.
Once you’ve set a goal, stay as focused as possible. Set aside a specific period of time each day to accomplish the set task. Once you start, don’t let other insignificant things interrupt.
Regularity and habit will make everything easier.
